Rules and guidelines for using Geogent Labs' AI infrastructure.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Voice AI endpoints, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the explicit service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our AI agents to automate spam, conduct malicious social engineering, or impersonate individuals without their explicit written consent. Accounts found violating this policy will be immediately suspended.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for our Enterprise tier. In the event of an outage falling below this threshold, customers are eligible for service credits proportional to the downtime duration.
